This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") describes how LUMITALE PTE. LTD. and its affiliates ("we" or "us") collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process personal information when operating LumiTale and its related products, websites, networks, applications, and other services (collectively referred to as our "Services"). "Personal information" refers to any information related to an identified or identifiable individual.
This Policy is incorporated into and governed by the LumiTale Terms of Service. It explains the information we collect from you through our Services, how we use and disclose such information, and the steps we take to protect it. We have established this Privacy Policy and specifically highlight: we hope you read and understand this Policy (especially the bolded content) carefully before using LumiTale and related services, to make informed decisions.
This Policy applies to all services we provide, including the LumiTale official website (www.lumitale.games), the LumiTale App, and the LumiMaker creation tools.
Our Commitments:
We will collect and use your information following this Privacy Policy, without coercively bundling personal information collection solely based on your agreement to this Policy.
By clicking "Allow" on the pop-up screen, you acknowledge and agree to the collection and use of your information as specified in this Policy. You can refuse to provide your information, but this may affect certain functionalities of the LumiTale platform or result in the inability to use some products and services.
We respect your choice. If you do not wish to have your personal information collected, you can revoke your authorization at any time on the LumiTale platform. If you encounter difficulties in canceling the authorization, you may contact our customer service for assistance.

1. Introduction
In accordance with relevant laws and regulations, providers of network products and services with information collection functions must clearly inform users and obtain consent. This Privacy Policy informs you of the purposes, methods, and scope of collecting and using personal information, and the ways we provide for you to access, update, and protect such information. By using or continuing to use our Services, you agree to our collection, use, storage, and sharing of your information as described in this Policy.
2. How We Collect Your Information
2.1 Account Registration and Login
2.1.1 When you register and log into your LumiTale account, we collect your email address (personal sensitive information used for receiving verification codes to match personal identity). For specific services, we may require additional personal information, such as your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card or other billing information, birth date, geographic area, or preferences. This information may be linked with other information about you. Providing accurate and true information is necessary to successfully register and use the core functions of LumiTale. Refusal to provide such information may result in the inability to access core product features.
2.1.2 To better provide personalized services, you can voluntarily add information such as your birthday, nickname, and avatar during registration or use.
2.1.3 If you log in using a third-party account (e.g., Google ID, Apple ID), we will obtain the authorized information, such as username, gender, nickname, avatar, and identity verification (personal sensitive information). Refusal to authorize this information will prevent the use of third-party account login but will not affect the use of other products and services.
Note: Your email address and verification code results are considered personal sensitive information. We collect this information based on legal requirements. Refusal to provide such information may prevent account registration and related functionality.
2.2 Search Function
When using the search function, we collect your device information (including hardware serial number, model, MAC address, OS type, software list, unique device identifiers such as IMEI, Android ID, IDFA, OpenUDID, GUID, ICCID, SIM card IMSI information), and log information (including search terms, browsing history and times, search times, and frequency). This information helps us quickly match relevant content and improve our products and services.
2.3 Game Media Display and Playback
When using game media display and playback services, we collect your device model, name, unique device identifiers, browser type and settings, language settings, OS and application versions, login IP address, network connection method, network quality data, mobile network information, product version number, and network log information (such as operation logs, service logs). This information helps us provide video display and playback services. Device and log information alone cannot identify specific individuals. If combined with other information for identification, or used with personal information, it will be treated as personal information and anonymized unless otherwise specified by law.
2.4 Customer Service
When you file a complaint, appeal, or inquiry with LumiTale, we require personal information such as name, email, and other contact details (personal sensitive information). We also collect communication details (text/images/audio/video/call records) and other necessary information related to your request.
2.5 Payment Settlement
2.5.1 To facilitate order payments, assess account and transaction risks, verify identity, and detect and prevent security incidents, we may collect your personal virtual property information (limited to transaction records, virtual currency like flowers).
2.5.2 During payment on LumiTale, you may use payment functions. LumiTale supports Apple Pay and Google Pay. We may collect your third-party payment account information (Apple ID, Google ID) (personal sensitive information). This information is necessary to provide the purchased goods and services. We cannot identify specific individuals or access your personal assets solely based on this information.
2.6 Targeted Recommendations
To provide customized services, such as relevant search results, game media, information streams, or ads/promotional information, we collect device information (e.g., hardware model, MAC address, IMEI, IDFA, IMSI, necessary software list), browser model, log information, browsing history, interaction objects, search terms, and personal location (precise location is personal sensitive information). When the LumiTale App is minimized, we still collect personal information to continue content recommendations when maximized.
Personalized Information and Services: We offer options to reject personalized content. If you do not wish to receive personalized content, you can enable/disable push notifications via product settings (Path: "My - Settings - Push Notifications - Enable/Disable").
2.7 Security Assurance
We use some personal common device information (including hardware serial number, model, MAC address, OS type, software list, unique device identifiers) for identity verification, security prevention, fraud monitoring, backup, and archiving. For example, unique device codes (IMEI, Android ID, IDFA, OpenUDID, GUID, ICCID, SIM card IMSI) are used for security and user identification, and internet records for security and fraud monitoring.
2.8 Product Development and Service Optimization
During product development and troubleshooting, we may record and analyze information generated during system failures (motherboard information, CPU instruction set, screen parameters, supported ABIS, hardware ID, phone manufacturer, revision list, compile type, hardware serial number, build date, settings, version, system customizer, device DPI, memory size, SD storage size).
User information may be used to improve website design and promotion, and to statistically analyze product/service usage. Shared statistics with the public or third parties will be anonymized to protect information security.
2.9 Account Cancellation
To cancel your account, go to: "My - Settings - Cancel Account."
We require necessary personal sensitive information (email verification code, User ID) for identity verification. If you have questions about handling your personal information, contact us using the details in Section 9 of this Policy.
2.10 Permissions for Android Users
For Android users, relevant product permissions may be required to provide, process, maintain, improve, develop our products or services:
a) Data caching in SD card during online play or downloads, caching images and data for browsing, saving traffic, storing user information for push services.
b) Camera and flash permissions for uploading personal avatars.
c) Network access permissions for software networking functions.
d) Network status and device network information for compatibility and network state judgment (IP address, WiFi information, base station information, DNS address, DHCP address, SSID, BSSID).
e) WiFi state permissions to prompt users to enable WiFi to save data during downloads.
f) APK installation permissions for in-app updates.
g) Permissions to prevent screen locking during content viewing.
h) Broadcast permissions for internal and custom broadcast messages.
i) Background service permissions for normal download operations when the app is in the background.
j) Wake screen permissions for push notifications.
2.11 Permissions for iOS Users
For iOS users, relevant product permissions may be required to provide, process, maintain, improve, develop our products or services:
a) Camera permissions for uploading avatars and posting.
b) Album permissions for saving images.
c) Network permissions for normal app operation.
Special Reminder: Due to the variety of products and services, core business functions and collected personal information types may vary by product/service content. Specifics are based on actual products/services. We continuously improve products/services and technology, which may require new personal information collection or changes in usage purposes/methods. Unlisted features or products/services will be updated through this Policy, page prompts, pop-ups, website announcements, and user consent will be obtained before collection. Contact us for any questions using the details in Section 9 of this Policy.
3. How We Use Your Personal Information
3.1 Sharing
We keep your personal information confidential and will not share it with third parties, except:
a) With your explicit consent.
b) As required by laws and regulations or mandatory government requirements.
c) With affiliates: Personal information may be shared with affiliates for necessary purposes under this Policy. Affiliates will seek your consent for any changes in processing purposes.
d) With authorized partners: Certain services may be provided by authorized partners, who need specific personal information to offer better services and user experience. For example, sharing personal information with logistics providers for delivery. Authorized partners can only use shared personal information for agreed purposes.
e) Third-party SDK services: Our products may include third-party SDKs or similar applications. By using such services, you agree to the direct collection and processing of information by third parties.

We sign strict confidentiality agreements with companies, organizations, and individuals with whom we share personal information, requiring them to process the information per our instructions, this Policy, and other relevant confidentiality and security measures.
3.2 Transfer
We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization, or individual except:
a) With explicit consent: We will transfer personal information to others with your explicit consent.
b) In cases of mergers, acquisitions, or bankruptcy liquidation, involving the transfer of personal information, we will ensure the new entity continues to adhere to this Policy, or we will request their explicit consent.

4.1 Reasonable Measures
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information, with a dedicated technical team and specific procedures for data collection and processing to ensure compliance with our expectations and legal requirements. Regular risk assessments ensure our products are not threatened by data breaches or privacy violations.
4.2 Additional Security Measures
We manage information storage and use through data classification, security management norms, and security development standards. Comprehensive security controls are enforced through confidentiality agreements, monitoring, and auditing mechanisms.
4.3 Employee Access
Only LumiTale employees who need to know such information are allowed access, and all personnel must adhere to confidentiality obligations. Violations may lead to legal responsibility or termination of cooperation with LumiTale.
4.4 Information Retention
We take all reasonable steps to ensure unnecessary personal information is not collected. Personal information is retained only for the necessary and reasonable period unless an extension is required or legally permitted. After expiration, information will be anonymized to ensure security.
4.5 Information Security
The internet is not an entirely secure environment, and email, instant messaging, and communication with other LumiTale users are not encrypted. We strongly recommend not sending personal information through these methods. Use complex passwords to help ensure your account security.
If any physical, technical, or administrative protection measures are compromised, resulting in unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of information, and your rights are affected, we will bear the corresponding legal responsibility. We will promptly inform you of the security incident, potential impacts, measures taken, and suggestions for self-protection. Notifications will be sent via email, letter, phone, or push notification, or public announcements if individual notifications are impractical. We will also report handling details to regulatory authorities as required.
5. How We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies
5.1 We may use cookies and similar technologies to collect personal information, such as your website visit habits, browsing information, and login information, for necessary purposes, simplifying repetitive operations (e.g., registration, login), reviewing usage history, providing tailored services and content, protecting information and account security, and enhancing products and services.
5.2 You can manage, partially/fully reject, or delete cookies and similar technologies through browser settings, preventing us from tracking your personal information. Specific instructions for changing browser settings can be found on the respective browser's settings page. Note: some products/services require cookies or similar technologies. Refusal or deletion may affect the normal use of related products/services or optimal service experience and may impact information protection and account security.
6. Your Rights
6.1 Access, Modify, and Obtain Personal Information Copies
You can access and modify personal information and obtain copies through "Settings."
6.2 Delete Personal Information
You can request deletion of personal information in the following cases:
a) If processing violates laws and regulations.
b) If personal information is collected without consent.
c) If processing violates agreements with you.
d) If you no longer use products or services.
e) If we permanently cease providing products or services.
f) If you cancel your personal account.
When conditions of the LumiTale Terms of Service are met, your account may be canceled or deleted, and all related data will be deleted or anonymized.
6.3 Change Authorization Scope
Some information is necessary for using our services, but most other information is optional. You can change the authorization scope by deleting information, disabling device functions, etc. Withdrawal of authorization will not affect prior information processing based on your consent.
6.4 Responding to Requests
For security, we may require identity verification before processing your requests. We will respond within 15 business days. If unsatisfied, you can file a complaint through LumiTale customer service.
Reasonable requests are generally free, but repeated or excessive requests may incur costs. We may refuse baseless, excessive technical measures (e.g., developing new systems or fundamentally changing practices), risk others' legal rights, or are impractical (e.g., backup tape information) requests.
6.5 Exceptions
We cannot respond to requests in the following cases:
a) Violating any laws or regulations.
b) Directly related to public safety, public health, or major public interests.
c) Directly related to criminal investigations, prosecutions, trials, and judgments.
d) Sufficient evidence of subjective malice or abuse of rights.
e) Responses would harm your or others' legal rights.
f) Involving trade secrets.
7. Protection of Minors
Users under 18 should obtain guardian consent before using our products/services. If you are under 18, read this Policy with a guardian, and use products/services and submit personal information with their clear consent and guidance.
8. Policy Updates
We will update this Privacy Policy based on product updates and legal requirements. Updates form part of this Policy. Without your explicit consent, we will not reduce your rights under this Policy. Significant changes will be notified through prominent position prompts, push messages, or other means. Continued use of our services implies full understanding and agreement to the revised Policy.
Significant Changes Include:
a) Significant changes in service modes, such as purposes, types, or methods of processing personal information.
b) Major changes in ownership structure or organization, like business adjustments, bankruptcies, or mergers.
c) Major changes in personal information sharing, transfer, or public disclosure.
d) Changes in your rights to participate in personal information processing.

2.1.3如您使用第三方平台的账号(Google ID、Apple ID等)进行登录,我们将根据您的授权获取该第三方账号下用户名、性别、昵称、头像等以及身份验证信息(个人敏感信息)。如您拒绝授权此类信息,则您将无法使用第三方平台的账号登录LumiTale平台,但不影响我们提供的其他产品和服务的正常使用。
您需理解电子邮箱地址和验证码匹配结果属于您的个人敏感信息,我们收集该类信息是基于法律法规的相关要求,如您拒绝提供可能导致您无法注册账号并使用相关产品功能,请您谨慎考虑后再选择是否提供。

当您向LumiTale平台发起投诉、申诉或进行咨询时,我们需要您提供姓名、电子邮件及其他联系方式等个人信息(个人敏感信息)。另外,我们还会收集您与我们的沟通信息(包括文字/图片/音视频/通话记录形式)、与您的需求相关联的其他必要信息。
2.5.1为便于您在支付相关订单时,综合判断您账户及交易风险、进行身份验证、检测及防范安全事件,我们可能会在交易过程中收集您的个人虚拟财产信息(仅限交易记录(提现等)、虚拟货币(鲜花)等虚拟财产信息)。
2.5.2当您在LumiTale平台发生支付行为时,需要使用到支付功能。LumiTale平台目前提供ApplePay、Google Pay两种支付模式,在支付过程中,我们可能会收集您的第三方支付渠道的账户信息(Apple ID、Google ID等)(个人敏感信息)。
您须知悉,上述信息为我们向您提供您购买商品、服务所必须的信息,我们无法仅根据该信息获得您的个人财产信息,也不能识别特定自然人身份信息。
为向您提供更适合的定制化服务,例如向您展现或推荐相关程度更高(而非普遍推送)的搜索结果、游戏媒体、信息流或者广告/推广信息结果。我们需要收集的信息包括您的设备信息(例如硬件型号、设备MAC地址、IMEI、IDFA、IMSI、必要的软件列表)、浏览器型号、日志信息、浏览记录、点赞/分享/互动的对象、搜索的字词、个人位置信息(其中精准定位信息为个人敏感信息)。当您打开我们的LumiTaleAPP应用并最小化运行(后台状态)时,此时你仍然在运行我们的LumiTaleAPP应用,我们会收集您的个人信息,以便在您最大化运行我们的LumiTaleAPP应用时,继续向您进行内容推荐。
上述的个性化信息和服务,旨在为您提供更好的服务,我们将同时提供不针对您个人特征的选项,或者向您提供便捷的拒绝方式。如您不希望接收到我们为您推送的个性化内容,您可以随时使用我们产品的相关功能设置页面开启/关闭推送。LumiTale的内容推送设置路径为:“我的—设置—消息推送—开启/关闭”。
我们会将您的部分个人常用设备信息(包括硬件序列号、硬件型号、设备MAC地址、操作系统类型、软件列表、唯一设备识别码)用于身份验证、安全防范、诈骗监测、存档备份等用途。例如,唯一设备码(如IMEI/android ID/IDFA/OpenUDID/GUID/ICCID/SIM卡IMSI信息等)用于安全防范、用户标识,个人上网记录用于安全防范、诈骗监测。
我们在产品开发、修复过程中,例如,为修复系统故障并优化我们的服务,我们可能需记录和分析系统故障时产生的信息(主板信息、CPU指令集信息、显示屏参数、支持的ABIS、硬件识别码、手机制造商、修订版本列表、编译类型、硬件序列号、构建日期、设置参数、版本、系统定制商、设备DPI、内存大小、SD 存储大小)。
我们可能会使用您的用户信息以改进本网站的设计和推广,对我们的产品与/或服务使用情况进行统计,并可能会与公众或第三方共享这些统计信息,以展示我们的产品与/或服务的整体使用趋势。但当我们展示您的个人信息时,我们会采用匿名化、去标识化处理方式对您的信息进行脱敏,以保护您的信息安全。
如您在谨慎考虑后决定注销您的账号,注销路径为:“我的-设置-注销账号”。
在您需要注销账号时,为验证为本人操作而要求您提供必要的个人敏感信息(邮箱验证码、User ID等)。如果您在处置您的个人信息时有任何疑问,您可以通过本隐私政策第九条中公示的联系方式与我们沟通解决。
对于使用安卓系统的用户,您在使用我们向您提供的相关产品时,为提供、处理、维护、改善、开发我们的商品或提供给您的服务目的,该产品可能获取您终端设备如下权限:
a)用户在使用在线玩或者下载作品时数据缓存入SD卡内,用户在浏览页面时也会缓存图片以及数据信息,以便节省流量,接受推送服务存储用户信息时,也需要SD卡读取/写入信息。
b)用户在拍照上传个人头像时,可以使用摄像机拍照以及闪光灯权限。
c)为使用本软件时联网功能而使用访问网络权限。
d)为App能兼容不同的系统、机型以及判断当前网络状态,获取用户网络状态和用户设备的网络信息(IP地址、WiFi信息、基站信息、DNS地址、DHCCP地址、SSID、BSSID)。
e)用户进行下载时,当前用户的网络状态是2G/3G/4G/5G时,为节约用户流量提示其打开wifi而使用的的获取,改变wifi状态权限。
f)为了实现app内部更新是使用的apk安装权限。
g)为了保证观看时不锁屏,保证在观看作品时不会因为用户长时间不操作而关闭屏幕。
h)能够接受Android 系统内部发送过来的广播以及自定义的广播消息的广播权限。
i)为了使APP在后台时依然能够正常下载,提供的后台服务权限。
j)为了在收到推送时能唤醒APP屏幕,提供的唤醒屏幕权限。
对于使用ios系统的用户,您在使用本软件时,为提供、处理、维护、改善、开发我们的商品和/或提供给您的服务之目的,本软件可能获取您终端设备如下权限:
a) 为实现用户上传头像功能以及发帖功能,可能需要使用手机相机权限;
b) 为允许用户保存图片,可能需要使用相册权限;
c) 为实现软件正常运行,需要使用网络权限;
由于我们的产品和服务较多,为您提供的内容也不同,因此核心业务功能(包括其收集的您的个人信息类型)也会因产品/服务的内容不同而有所区别,具体以产品/服务实际提供为准。除此之外,您理解并同意,我们希望提供给您的产品和服务是完善的,所以我们会不断改进我们的产品和服务,包括技术,这意味着我们可能会经常推出新的业务功能,可能需要收集新的个人信息或变更个人信息使用目的或方式。如果某一需要收集您的个人信息的功能或产品/服务未能在本隐私政策中予以说明的,我们会通过更新本政策、页面提示、弹窗、网站公告等方式另行向您说明该信息收集的目的、内容、使用方式和范围,并为您提供自主选择同意的方式,且在征得您明示同意后收集。在此过程中,如果您对相关事宜有任何疑惑的,可以通过本隐私政策第九条提供的方式联系我们,我们会尽快为您作出解答。
我们对您的个人信息承担保密义务,不会与任何其他第三方共享您的个人信息。但以下情况除外:
a)获得您的明确同意后,我们会与其他方共享您的个人信息。
b)根据法律法规规定,或按政府主管部门的强制性要求,对外共享您的个人信息。
c)与我们的关联方共享:您的个人信息可能会与我们的关联方共享。我们只会共享必要的个人信息,且受本隐私政策中所声明目的的约束。关联方如要改变个人信息的处理目的,将再次征求您的授权同意。
d)与授权合作伙伴共享
仅为实现本政策中声明的目的,我们的某些服务将由授权合作伙伴提供。我们可能会与合作伙伴共享您的某些个人信息,以提供更好的客户服务和用户体验。例如,在向您递送我们的周边产品时,我们必须与物流服务提供商共享您的个人信息才能安排送货,或者安排合作伙伴提供服务。我们仅会出于合法、正当、必要、特定、明确的目的共享您的个人信息,并且只会共享提供服务所必要的个人信息。我们的合作伙伴无权将共享的个人信息用于任何其他途。

我们的产品中可能会包含第三方SDK或其他类似的应用程序,如您在LumiTale平台上使用这类由第三方提供的服务时,您同意将由其直接收集和处理您的信息。包括如下:

对我们与之共享个人信息的公司、组织和个人,我们会与其签署严格的保密协定,要求他们按照我们的说明、本隐私政策以及其他任何相关的保密和安全措施来处理个人信息。
我们不会将您的个人信息转让给任何公司、组织和个人,但以下情况除外:
a)在获取明确同意的情况下转让:获得您的明确同意后,我们会向其他方转让您的个人信息;
b)在涉及合并、收购或破产清算时,如涉及到个人信息转让,我们会在要求新的持有您个人信息的公司、组织继续受此隐私政策的约束,否则我们将要求该公司、组织重新向您征求授权同意。
我们仅会在以下情况下,公开披露您的个人信息:
a)获得您明确同意后;
b)基于法律的披露:在法律、法律程序、诉讼或政府主管部门强制性要求的情况下,我们可能会公开披露您的个人信息。
因各国、各地区、州或国际法律法规要求,及道德规范和公共安全的要求,在部分情形中,个人信息控制者共享、转让、公开披露个人信息无需事先征得个人信息主体的授权同意。
我们设有专业的技术团队,负责处理数据保护的相关事宜。同时,我们也针对具体的用户数据收集及处理设置了具体的流程及安全程序,确保对数据的存储和使用符合我们的预期及法律法规的要求。此外,我们会定期对安全策略和数据保护措施采取风险评估,确保我们的产品不会受到数据泄露或侵犯隐私等风险的威胁。
我们通过建立数据分类分级制度、数据安全管理规范、数据安全开发规范来管理规范信息的存储和使用。
我们通过信息接触者保密协议、监控和审计机制来对数据进行全面安全控制。
我们仅允许有必要知晓这些信息的LumiTale员工访问您的信息,同时要求可能接触到您的信息的所有人员履行相应的保密义务。如果未能履行这些义务,可能会被追究法律责任或被中止与LumiTale的合作关系。
我们会采取一切合理可行的措施,确保未收集无关的个人信息。我们只会在必要的合理期限内保留您的个人信息,除非需要延长保留期或受到法律的允许。到期后,我们会将您的个人信息匿名化处理,以保证您的个人信息安全。
互联网并非绝对安全的环境,而且电子邮件、即时通讯、及与其他LumiTale用户的交流方式并未加密,我们强烈建议您不要通过此类方式发送个人信息。请使用复杂密码,协助我们保证您的账号安全。
互联网环境并非百分之百安全,我们将尽力确保或担保您发送给我们的任何信息的安全性。如果我们的物理、技术、或管理防护设施遭到破坏,导致信息被非授权访问、公开披露、篡改、或毁坏,导致您的合法权益受损,我们将承担相应的法律责任。
我们会按现有技术提供相应的安全措施来保护您的信息,提供合理的安全保障,我们将尽力做到使您的个人信息不被泄漏、毁损或丢失。如不幸发生个人信息安全事件的,我们将按照法律法规的要求,及时向您告知安全事件的基本情况和可能产生的影响、我们已采取或将要采取的处置措施、您可自主防范和降低风险的建议、对您的补救措施等。我们会及时将事件相关情况以邮件、信函、电话、推送通知等方式告知您,难以逐一告知个人信息主体时,我们会采取合理、有效的方式发布公告。同时,我们还将按照监管部门要求,主动上报个人信息安全事件的处置情况。
5.1在您使用我们的产品与/或服务时,我们可能会使用Cookie和同类技术收集您的一些个人信息,包括:您访问网站的习惯、您的浏览信息、您的登录信息,Cookie和同类技术收集该类信息是为了您使用我们的产品与/或服务的必要、简化您重复操作的步骤(如注册、登录)、便于您查看使用历史(如游戏浏览历史)、向您提供更切合您个人需要的服务内容和您可能更感兴趣的内容、保护您的信息和账号安全性、提升我们的产品和服务等。
5.2如果您拒绝我们使用Cookie及同类技术收集和使用您的相关信息,您可在浏览器具备该功能的前提下,通过您的浏览器的设置以管理、(部分/全部)拒绝Cookie与/或同类技术;或删除已经储存在您的计算机、移动设备或其他装置内的Cookie与/或同类技术,从而实现我们无法全部或部分追踪您的个人信息。您如需详细了解如何更改浏览器设置,请具体查看您使用的浏览器的相关设置页面。您理解并知悉:我们的某些产品/服务只能通过使用Cookie或同类技术才可得到实现,如您拒绝使用或删除的,您可能将无法正常使用我们的相关产品与/或服务或无法通过我们的产品与/或服务获得最佳的服务体验,同时也可能会对您的信息保护和账号安全性造成一定的影响。
您可通过“设置”自行访问及修改您的个人信息,并获取个人基本资料、个人身份信息的副本。
a)如果我们处理个人信息的行为违反法律法规;
b)如果我们收集、使用您的个人信息,却未征得您的同意;
c)如果我们处理个人信息的行为违反了与您的约定;
d)如果您不再使用我们的产品或服务;
e)如果我们永久不再为您提供产品或服务;
f)注销您的个人账户。
在符合《LumiTale服务条款》约定的条件的情况下,您的账户可能被注销或删除。当账户注销或删除后,与该账户相关的全部资料和数据将被删除或处理。
有些信息是使用我们服务所必需的,但大多数其他信息的提供是由您决定的。您可以通过删除信息、关闭设备功能等方式改变您授权我们继续收集信息的范围或撤回您的授权。您撤回授权的决定,不会影响此前基于您的授权而开展的信息处理。
为保障安全,我们可能会先要求您验证自己的身份,然后再处理您的请求。我们将在15个工作日做出答复。如您不满意,还可以通过LumiTale平台客服发起投诉。
对于您合理的请求,我们原则上不收取费用,但对多次重复、超出合理限度的请求,我们将视情收取一定成本费用。对于那些无端重复、需要过多技术手段(例如,需要开发新系统或从根本上改变现行惯例)、给他人合法权益带来风险或者非常不切实际(例如,涉及备份磁带上存放的信息)的请求,我们可能会予以拒绝。
在以下情形中,按照法律法规要求,我们将无法响应您的请求:
a)违反任何国家、地区、州或国际法律法规的;
b)与公共安全、公共卫生、重大公共利益直接相关的;
c)与犯罪侦查、起诉、审判和判决执行等直接相关的;
d)有充分证据表明您存在主观恶意或滥用权利的;
e)响应您的请求将导致您或其他个人、组织的合法权益受到严重损害的;
f)涉及商业秘密的。
LumiTale提示18周岁以下的用户使用我们的产品与/或服务前应取得其监护人的同意。如您为18周岁以下的用户,在使用我们的产品与/或服务前,应在监护人监护、指导下共同阅读本隐私政策且应在监护人明确同意和指导下使用我们的产品与/或服务、提交个人信息。
为了给您提供更好的服务,我们会根据产品的更新情况及法律法规的相关要求更新本《隐私政策》的条款,该等更新构成本《隐私政策》的一部分。未经您明确同意,我们不会削减您按照本政策所应享有的权利。如该等更新造成您在本《隐私政策》下权利的实质减少或重大变更,我们将在本政策生效前通过在显著位置提示或向您发送推送消息或以其他方式通知您,若您继续使用我们的服务,即表示您充分阅读、理解并同意受经修订的《隐私政策》的约束。
对于重大变更,我们还会提供更为显著的通知(包括通过LumiTale平台公示甚至提供弹窗提示)。
本政策所指的重大变更包括但不限于:
a)我们的服务模式发生重大变化。如处理个人信息的目的、处理的个人信息类型、个人信息的使用方式等;
b)我们在所有权结构、组织架构等方面发生重大变化。如业务调整、破产并购等引起的所有者变更等;
c)个人信息共享、转让或公开披露的主要对象发生变化;
d)您参与个人信息处理方面的权利及其行使方式发生重大变化;
e)我们负责处理个人信息安全的责任部门、联络方式及投诉渠道发生变化时;
f)个人信息安全影响评估报告表明存在高风险时。

本隐私政策的解释及争议解决均应适用新加坡法律,但不不适用任何法律冲突原则。任何因本隐私政策以及我们处理您个人信息事宜引起的争议,均以LUMITALE PTE. LTD.所在地,即新加坡有司法管辖权的法院专属管辖。
如果您认为我们处理个人信息的行为损害了您的合法权益,您也可以选择向有关政府机构进行反映。
